For 19 years, Dr. Vu and this practice have provided me excellent, personable, and quality care.

Dr. Vu personally came to get me from the waiting room and took all the vital statistics the nurse normally would because the office was short on staff and she did not want me to wait too long. That's team work at it's core and was very much appreciated.

My first experience with Dr. Vu was when I called the office in the middle of the night needing to speak to an on call doctor. I was in pain and scared and Dr. Vu was calm, kind, caring, and thorough in explaining what was happening. I saw Dr. Vu a few days later for a follow up and ended up needing to have a procedure done. She was thorough in explaining what to expect ahead of time and answered all of my questions then did the procedure herself a week later. Dr. Vu and the surgical nurse, Mary, made a very sad and unpleasant time as pleasant and comfortable as it could possibly be.

I am a new patient of Dr. Vu as I had been a patient of Dr.Osterdahl’s for over 32 years, until his death last year. So Dr. Vu and I are developing our doctor/patient rapport. I have had two appts with her and she has been extremely caring and knowledgeable. She took great care to understand my medical history (as my sister recently passed away with a history of ovarian cancer). I did not feel rushed nor did I have to wait a long time for her to come into my examination room after preliminaries with the nurse. I am very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Vu thus far. She has been very understanding and has helped me transition to her care smoothly after many years under the care of Dr. Osterdahl.

Even though I’m going through a somewhat scary experience Dr. Vu was so calming. She gave me a lot of information in a clear way and made sure to cover all bases for my future based off my results. Creating a game plan and keeping me calm and level headed during this hard time. I absolutely appreciate her.
