I called Nodier to see about getting a Gutter Spike taken care of. He showed up that evening and took care of the issue, he even checked out all of the other Gutters to make sure there were no other issues. Nodier is just a great guy and an honest professional that’s rare to get nowadays. I was told by another professional that I need to replace the roof right away. I wanted a second opinion and contacted Nodier. His response to me was prompt and arrived on time to do the inspection. He did a thorough inspection and gave me detail feedback on how much time do I have before roof replacement. He gave me an idea on the condition of the roof, approximate cost of replacement on different options and promised to come back in 2 years to evaluate if it’s time to do the replacement. One of the best professional experience I had.
