I was pulled over for speeding by Robert Garcia. He was hiding at that repair shop just east of John Deere, on the Idalou Highway. It was approximately 6:45pm. Garcia was polite, well mannered and gave me a warning. It was impressed with his disposition. He was very nice. I have driven very carefully and slowly since his warning. He is doing a good job, unlike the Crosbyton. Crosbyton can take lessons from Garcia.
