Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am blown away by my fantastic experience at this Enterprise location. Michael and Halle were excellent and very attentive. Halle is in the Management Training Program, and let me say, this woman is MORE than qualified for the position. Her knowledge, customer service skills, and cheery personality made renting a car for the first time an absolute breeze. Each time I came in, I was tight on time, and Michael was quicker than ever to make sure I was in and out without a hitch. I ended up extending my rental twice!
The only thing I could ask for is the link to the survey through the company so I can make sure they get the full acknowledgement for their hard work and effort towards making this experience so delightful!
5 Stars. Skip the airport and drive down to this location if you need a rental. Trust me, it's worth it.

This Lakewood Enterprise location is excellent. They were super attentive to my specific situation even providing a ride up to the service station where my car was repaired on the day I turned the rental car back in to them. BTW, the online reservation was super effective. I reserved a car at 4 AM and picked the car up at 8 AM without any hitch.

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car that I had recently for a 2 day period, the day before Thanksgiving, was a very good experience. Easy to check availability online at any of their pick up locations and the staff at the Lakewood, Ohio location was courteous and efficient regarding the pick up, as well as the return process. This was not my first rental with Enterprise and would certainly use them again.
