This was a super find. Through our friends Brian & Tina Jones (Jonesin2Go) who are also Keystone RV Ambassadors, we were referred to JCRef (Myron, manager) to switch our Norcold 2118SST 4dr refrig (original elec/propane system) to a 12v system with dual compressors, so each compartment can be set to its own precise temp, while avoiding the high consumption of propane or 120v electricity; and adding 1200w of solar panels with a 100a controller; and adding a 3000w inverter, for extended boondocking. We showed up at 8:30am and by 1:30pm it was all done with a 3-yr warranty (extendable to +3 yrs). We were very impressed with their knowledge and openness to give us the pros and cons of different options. They even pointed out a gash in our rubber roof, which if left unrepaired would have caused major headaches. Thank you Myron and Aaron for all your help.

I purchased & installed a cooling system from JC Refrigeration and was not able to get fridge to cool down enough. In frustration, I scheduled appointment and drove RV there to have the experts get it working. In minutes, they identified my mistake was thermistor and got everything working better than expected. They didn't charge me and let me camp in their parking lot while there. Top shelf service and real craftsman - Thanks JR & Myron and the whole staff! I would highly recommend JC Refrigeration.

Very rare these days to go and get service done on you RV and drive away completely satisfied. The workers were courteous, professional, clean, and patient with all my questions. When they were done I didn't even know they were there because they had cleaned up so well. I had the 12v freon system installed for my Norcold 1200 and it was down to 38 fridge/-2 freezer in a matter of a couple hours. A brand new fridge for a quarter of the price and made to handle the bumps and rattles of driving down the road. If your trying to decide whether or not to use this company I say go for it, the best money you will ever spend.

We had to wait a year to drive out to Shipshewana to have our refrigerator finally fixed so it would keep our food fresh. It was well worth the wait! We arrived the afternoon before our appointment and stayed in their parking lot and were greeted just before our appointment at 6am. It took the crew less than two hours to replace our cooling unit with the 12v dual compressors. We are happy. The fridge was to safe temperature within two hours and we loaded up our food and departed a beautiful area. Our fridge has been at 37° and freezer at -1° all day. Well worth the trip!

I initiated contact in 2018 to assess the options for upgrading my Dometic 2652 absorption refrigerator. They consistently provided thorough information regarding installation & equipment options. Since my cooling unit was dated 2007 I decided it was time to replace it. I made an appointment and they provided all the details (overnight parking even). Once I arrived I was waved me into the service bay and they immediately got to work. There were some issues getting my old unit out which they reviewed with me and took care to minimize any cosmetic issues with the cabinet. I opted for the gas/electric replacement as well as the interior/exterior/slide vent fans. The work was completed in a couple of hours and the new unit works great. Only thing is I wish I'd done it a couple of years ago as prices have gone up a bit. But this definitely beats risking a breakdown on the road and having to pull the windshield to get a new fridge installed. That would have definitely cost at least twice as much.
