It was good for children as well as adults. must recommend if you are struggling in your life for anything and not happy with it, you should come. all the classes are in English and Hindi both. even if someone is struggling with depression or anxiety, trust me you will get the benefit if you attend few classes. These classes are not for religious purposes they will teach you meditation and your attitude towards life, how to face a difficult situation in your daily life.

Very close to the Edison station on the New Jersey Transit, this center of the Brahma kumaris offers courses on self development and management to people from all walks of life and backgrounds, just anyone can walk in and ask about the workshops and classes.
