10X Sawgrass

UPDATE:
Management is HORRIFIC. I have had a severe leak and mold FOR 9 MONTHS. The property manager Erika is very slow to respond to emails, by phone, and any other way of communicating. I only started to receive quick responses after mentioning having obtained legal representation. The leak has NOT BEEN FIXED but has had a band-aid placed on it once or twice.

Now, after 9 months of no help, I am being asked by the management's legal team to either move to another unit AT MY EXPENSE and pay MORE MONEY IN RENT for another unit OR vacate the premises by FEBRUARY 28. I received these two TERRIBLE and COLD-HEARTED options not even TWO WEEKS before I have to decide what I will do moving forward ON FEBRUARY 21.

These people have not done ANYTHING to fix it or have any sense of urgency to fix the leak or the mold. I hope that if you move here you reconsider unless this is your only only only option.

And 10X Sawgrass: if you decide to respond to this with some snarky response shame on you because what I am saying is true!

My previous review was true, the property is great, clean and quiet, etc.

Initial Review May 2022:
I cannot stress enough how much Trinity has been a legit rockstar in the entire process of me viewing, applying, and securing a unit. I am so grateful for her help, I am moving in within the next few weeks and am so incredibly excited to be a part of such a great community. The pictures actually look like the property itself, and the residents I met along the tour appeared to be so happy to live there and enjoy the amenities.

This community is filled with compassionate and kind people. I have seen over and over again people being kind to the wildlife and to one another. From the loud Egyptian Geese walking in the roads, and people making sure they don't hit them, the Mama duck who makes her nest under a tree, refuses to leave it and someone leaving water for her, the stray community cat that the people of the community bring water and food to, the dog who escaped and was brought to the office for safe keeping until his owner was located, and the simple kindness of someone holding a door open for one another. If you want to stay in a place where the residents are kind, and say Hello , this is your place.

10x living formerly Nexus. In my honest opinion, the best neighborhood in west broward. The property management team bleeds excellence. Char, the manager of the property has been more than understanding of my situations and others. She easily out shines the prior property managers
The staff is always attentive, always next to the phone.
The property is always being taken care of. Throughout the day you’ll see them working excessively.
Parking has never been an issue. I’ve lived in both the condo and the garden units. Both styles are beautiful.
The gym is very spacious. There is also a private gym in the condo style. I nothing bad to say about the neighborhood.

My wife and I have been living here for approximately 2 years and absolutely love it. The staff does a great job at maintaining the property clean. Renny in the leasing office is always willing to help us resolve all of our concerns in a professional manner. He is very patient and takes the time to ensure everything has been taken care of. Overall, when you come into the leasing office, everyone is welcoming and helpful. Thank you for proving us with a great living experience guys! 😁
