Consumer Optical

This is year 3 of me using them, and i enjoy it more each time. I never feel pressured into getting something I don't want. They also clearly explain insurance and rebates, which helps so much.

Dr. Karpinski is literally the best eye doctor I've ever had! I almost want to gate keep this place so ill never have to fight for an appointment!
Shes so communicative and nice and after struggling at my previous eye place for 8 months trying to get contacts she got me right on my first visit.

I received the best service ever. There was no rushing and "just get it done". The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you again for your great service!

This is the best eyecare office in the capital region. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have the most up-to-date equipment. I was pleasantly surprised when I did not have to have my eyes dilated due to the newest equipment available that takes pictures of your eyes in place of dilation! Wonderful experience at Consumer Optical!!!

This office has amazing customer service. Doctor Morier did a very thorough eye exam. The opticians helped me pick out some frames and applied my insurance to help cover the bill. Overall, great experience. To add on to that, I accidentally damaged one pair of my glasses and the staff was able to set me up to get a new lens for free in just a few minutes since it was in warranty. I don’t live near this location anymore but will still travel extra to go back there in the future.
