5 stars! David is an excellent personal trainer and for me it was a plus that he provided In-home with my hectic work schedule. I hired him at the tail end of the pandemic when I just couldn't get back into the groove of things fitness wise. He helped motivate me and keep me on track. He is knowledgeable, professional, and a lot of fun to train with. I wanted to get started again after a year of not working out and Dave made it easy. If your looking for more private 1:1 work outs, don’t hesitate to book a trial with him.

I have been working out with Dave for over a year now and I can’t say enough good things. Not only is he someone that knows what he’s doing but he really cares. If I’m pumped that I did good lift Dave is just as pumped. He’s a great motivator and with his program I have managed to lose a good amount of weight and get stronger in the process. My self esteem has gone up and I can’t thank him enough for that. These days I can say I enjoy working out and no longer look at it like a chore.

Coach Dave is wonderful to work with. He is professional and courteous. He will get you the results you are looking for whether it’s getting fit, loosing weight or just to be more healthy. Definitely recommend Coach Dave over any gym membership. You will see results!!

I have been going to Dave for overall training for over a year and a half. I wanted to be in better shape and lose a little weight. With his expertise and motivation I have accomplished both. I think if I was with another trainer I might have given up. He is great at what he does. I highly recommend him.

Dave is an amazing trainer and extremely organized. He clearly knows his profession and will tailor the session to your needs and abilities. Dave has a way of getting the best out of you during the workout without any fluff-just work follow him throught the session. Every workout I have had has been fulfilling.
