    We had an Amazing and Smooth experience while doing all the paper work. The staff always were respectful. I spoke with Erica regarding one of my concerns and she was able to address it above and beyond that I expected.

    Tracy and Arica are in the Leasing Office are absolutely incredible. If you want an apartment go see them! They are very helpful in every situation.

    I have had nothing but positive experiences with Tivoli Park. They are always there when an issue arises, and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues in my apartment or building. The grounds are beautiful, I live facing the courtyard and I love it. The grounds maintenance people are always keeping everything looking so nice and aesthetically beautiful. This complex is one of the top best places I have lived in New York since moving back in 2000. I am very happy with living here at Tivoli Park Apartments. Thank you

    Tivoli is a decent place to live, the grounds are well kept, and the apartment is spacious. I like the nature trails in the back of the property. The office staff is friendly and helpful.
