Sabino Vista Apartment Homes

The apartment homes are beautiful and the location is perfect! My family and I truly enjoyed our year at Sabino Vista! Huge thanks to Cindy for all her help!

Wonderful place nestled in the Catalina Foothills. Cindy went above and beyond in helping us find the right apartment at the right price. Went the extra mile (or two!) in answering all our questions. Candace and the staff are great, as well. Nice amenities including an incredible pool. Standalone units for privacy and 10' 3" tall ceilings (I actually measured!) I'm very happy we chose Sabino Vista Apartments for our Tucson relocation. P.S. - our location is 3500 N. Sabino Canyon Rd.

This rating ONLY reflects Michael from maintenance, not the property managers. He is incredibly hard-working, resourceful, and pleasant. And he works on weekends when no other staff is around. The management situation is bad - there are serious safety issues with stairways crumbling that do not get repaired. And managers come and go within a few months - Michael is the only consistent resource (other than Cindy) that we have in this community. I sure hope he is recognized for the value, hard-work and kindness he brings to this community.
