They are always so kind and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for delivery and customer service. I have referred so many friends and family and they always thank me after.

This review is long overdue as I have been going to The Discount Mattress Lady (owner Karen) for quite a few years now. Karen is a true professional who is super knowledgeable about her products and gives you great advice and things to think about prior to your purchase. Her prices are great too!

Over the years, I've purchased a few mattresses from Discount Mattress Lady. The price point is great and the service is always excellent. In the past, I've used the delivery service but last month i was in a hurry to get a mattress during a move. The owner, Karen helped me pick out something that was great for my new home and even helped me load it into my truck herself. I was in and out in a breeze. This definitely the place to go if you're in OC or the surrounding areas.

This place is awesome and Karen is amazing. They have a great selection and you can pick it up same day. We were bringing home my father-in-law from the hospital and he needed a split queen bed. Karen and one were ready to go and we loaded it in the minivan and brought it home. The setup was easy and the bed is super comfotable. Highly recommend checking her shop out and supporting this local business.

We bought an adjustable bed frame and mattress at this store because of her. She went above and beyond to make this transaction so easy going.
