Ashley helped me on 3/4/22 at this location. She is PHENOMENAL!!!!! She did an awesome job multitasking with several customers ALL BY HERSELF!!! She was very respectful, fast, professional, informative and efficient. I went to get help with my phone because I had a few issues wrong with it. Between her and customer service rep they resolved EVERYTHING!!!! She even went a step further to show me some nice features on the cell. Now my phone is working PERFECTLY!!!! If you need service, a good convo then you found the right spot. Ms. Amber is the one who helped me out, idk about everybody else but she gets all the attention. A lot of times we go into these establishments not knowing too much about them and how the employees are treated. Take some time out ya day next time and just have a conversation with them.
