I was interested in a used excavator they had for sale. I am from out of town which normally puts a bit of difficulty in such transaction. Brandon Dye was very easy to work with. He went out of his way to help me understand the condition of the equipment with photos and descriptions. He returned my calls and emails promptly which really helped me decide to make the 8 hour drive. I'm glad I did because everything was exactly as described. He found me a trailer too and it was better than I expected. He worked around my schedule. The paperwork was ready to go when I showed up which made the transaction smooth and quick. I will be giving Upstate Equipment a call for my next equipment interest. Thanks Brandon.
