Burton - Northstar

Gage (salesman) and Solomon (Manager) were outstanding my wife got a new Burton Step On set up boots and bindings for Christmas from the Burton website. She rode them all day the day after Christmas at Northstar and was having bad issues with them securing her feet properly. We stopped by the burton shop on the way out and asked if they could fix the issue. No one in the shop had seen a failure like we were having and asked the Manager Solomon to come look. He couldn't sort it out and said He'll do whatever we'd like to make it right, we ended up swapping out the step ons for a traditional boot and binding set up with no hassle, Gage was very helpful gettin us set up in some good gear to replace the defective items and the whole experience was great, they saved Christmas for my wife! haha You guys will definitely get our business again soon. All the guys at the shop were very nice and helpful and showed real concern for our problem but Gage and Solomon dealt with us directly.

Spencer at the Burton store was super awesome. He outfitted my daughters who are new to snowboarding. Took the time to make sure they have the perfect equipment and more importantly he took the time to make sure they know how to take care of it. Thank you! We’ll be back!

My experience demoing the Kilroy Twin from the Burton shop at Northstar far exceeded my expectations. Having ridden for a few years, I felt very confident walking in and knowing what board I was looking for. The experts laid out a wide variety to choose between and were able to answer any and all questions that I had and it seemed like they didn’t even have to think about the answer. I have never had such a good experience at a ski resort while demoing new gear and I just wanted to give a shout out to Joe, Matt, and Spencer at the Burton store in the village at Northstar. You guys rock!
