Hidden River South

Very nice , very clean complex , of course like all mobile home parks the lot fee is expensive, but not out of line with other comparable parks although i would put this one at the hi end , as far as how very nice pretty , and the up keep is done very well . So what may feel expensive, is really a good rate for lot fee when comparing to other lots in the area and outside the area

Beautiful community along with many choices of education, shopping, dining and entertainment. Safe environment with neighbors that take pride in their homes.

Here 7 years. Nice community, good people for neighbors, clean and mostly quiet. New owners summer '22, hoping for good things!

Loved this little spot. Very beautiful and quiet little spot to stop and eat lunch with your significant other. Got a delicious turkey sub from The Market Deli

ONE OF THE NICER COMMUNITIES IN THE STATE: We have lived in this community for 7 years and have had a pretty positive experience. The lot rent is the lowest around several counties, the streets are wide, you have your OWN MAILBOX that is delivered to your door everyday and you can't find that anywhere.

The management keeps it pretty clean but the new owners do not care for the property like the previous property owners did. I have looked at many, many other communities in several counties and this is by far one of the nicer ones and one of the more affordable as well. Which is exactly why we've been here so long. If you want something done, you have to stay on top of them though - which is one of the reasons they only got 4 stars.
