Iris wasn't there but her husband, Frank, was so very helpful. He even replaced battery in old work watch & showed that the display wasn't visually correct; so I SD take battery out & we'll keep it as is! Seiko battery & cleaning was very inexpensive!!! We will return for sure! P.S.: he can repair new & older guns.

IRIS reside 2 rings for us, the work was AWESOME and perfect. The rings were Completed before scheduled. They looked as Beautiful as Brand New. Both were almost 50 yrs old...Thank you Iris..

My Seiko watch band was broken in multiple places after a night fall. Fearful, it would take up to a week to get the band repaired or replaced, my husband took the watch/band to Iris Jewelry.

The next morning at 8:30, the phone rang letting us know that the watch band had been repaired and was waiting. The watch/band, when picked up, was not only been repaired, but sparkly clean. I much appreciated the extra attention to detail.
