We have been with Amanda Pfahl State Farm agency since we moved back to Ohio in 2015. Her and her whole team in her office are great. We have our car insurance, home insurance, life insurance, business insurance, liability insurance and etc. with them. It is always a pleasant to speak with whoever you get in the office and they're always trying to help and solve your issues or questions so you are happy. We will be with Amanda and her team for years to come because we are treated very good and have never had not one issue. Great customer service, friendly, happy environment. Me and my wife do recommend and would give more than five stars if the review allowed it.

I would rate this agency a 6 out of 5 if I could! Amanda & her team have the best customer service on the planet. They take care of everything. I tell them what I need & they always get me the best coverage & the lowest price. Every single time. I've been with Amanda since she started at this office & will continue as long as I need insurance. I've sent my kids & friends to her & she takes care of them as well. Like a good neighbor Amanda & her team are there.
