Despite dealing with a difficult case Dr. Tim made himself available late Friday afternoon and took great care of my husband every step of the way. Outstanding Dr & team! He took the time to explain the entire process and showed me before and after pictures, which was very reassuring. The fact that he played music of my choice during the procedure also helped make the atmosphere comfortable and relaxed.

Wendy at the reception was another standout, providing exceptional service and making sure to follow up with me the day after each procedure to check how I was doing. Her attentiveness and care were truly appreciated.

Great service all around. From the initial consultation to the actual procedure, everything was wonderful. The receptionists were friendly, kind, patient and welcoming. The dentist assistant was inviting and kind. The doctor was patient and very informative. He let me know all what was going to happen and answered all my questions.
