I was looking for a Detailer to work on my new Dodge Durango before getting into my possession. I researched and searched for an expert Detailer to hire. After calling a few auto Detailers, I found AutoSavvy. Boy was I glad that I entrusted him with my car. He was very responsive, very professional and explained the process as to what exactly he would do to my car. Even talking to him you can tell he takes pride in his work. That’s what I was looking for, someone that cares and goes the extra mile. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. The response time was super quick.
Once we agreed on the job, he sent me over an estimate and I sent a deposit and scheduled the day I was picking up my new Dodge Durango.
Dane from AutoSavvy has a keen eye and clear attention to detail. He was able to notice light swirl scratches on my new car straight from the dealership. He set my mind at ease and as part of courtesy he removed the scratches and detailed my car to a smooth finish. This man is a pro, he is really passionate, easy to talk to and explains the process about his work. He is very meticulous about his detailing art and looking at the pictures you can see he enjoys his craft.
My car was ready the next day and I was in awe at how beautiful it turned out. He ceramic coated my windows as an extra touch. Let me just say I will no longer be struggling to remove tree sap on my car’s like my previous vehicles. It will make much more easier to remove the tree sap now that I have a ceramic coating protection.

Good customer service should start with that initial conversation. I had an excellent experience working with Auto Savvy. They were thorough with their description of the steps needed to complete the job. I had similar work done previously at another business and looking back I wished I had selected Auto Savvy for that first job. My husbands Uncle was kind enough to gift his 1999 Honda Accord and for a 23 year old car it was in damn good condition, inside and out. Still, it had swirls from years of mechanical car washes and very little clear coat left and scratches here and there. It was an amazing experience to work with Auto Savy. From start to finish the experience was 5 star. Upon coming for an inspection I expressed to him my expectations & I have to say the result were outta this world! My car looked better than new after getting - a one step paint correction & 3 year ceramic coat. The car was treated with extreme care and the attention to detail was what stood out to the most.
