Renewed Integrative Counseling

Jeanette is literally a God-send. I had been dealing with some really bad anxiety and wasnt feeling like myself at all. She took the time to learn my background, help me figure out why I am feeling the way I am, helped with finding a plan of action that worked for me to handle anxiety attacks as I felt them coming, and prayed with me every session. She is amazing and I am so thankful for the time and effort she poured into me. I had gone to a few counselors before her and they gave me worksheets and just weren’t truly invested in helping me heal. Jeanette has the kindest heart and I felt like she truly cared for ME and making sure I get myself into a better mental place. I could go on and on. If you need a faith based counselor, she is your girl!!

RIC and the therapists there are a blessing to the community and their patients. I've participated in two book therapy groups, each time taking away integral life skills to help improve my personal and work life as well as improve my overall mental health. I'm thankful to have found this practice and look forward to continued growth.

When I first sought help from Sandy at Renewed Integrative Counseling, I was in a very low place. It’s often intimidating when first seeking care at a new place. Here though, I have always felt welcome. Sandy’s care and expertise has helped me accept where I was, and move forward from that place in a sustainable way. Her ability to meet me where I was in my mental health journey, with compassion and grace, and without judgment, has helped to restore my faith in counseling again.

It's been a little over a month since I became a client of RIC. This has been something in my life long overdue and I am happy to say I am glad I took the steps to begin the healing from past childhood trauma. Amanda has been amazing! She has asked the right questions and has taken the time to hear me as I began to share seasons of my life and how certain things could have affected me later on. I can go on and on. As a believer in Christ Jesus, I love how she incorporates the word of God in my healing process. Thank you to Daniel and Gabby who are the first faces you see when entering the office and are received with a smile and a warm welcome.

This was my first experience with talk therapy, and I had a wonderful experience with Renewed Integrative Counseling. My initial emails were responded to quickly and I was able to schedule a session with Sandra right away. When Sandra called me to schedule an appointment, I was immediately put at ease with her warm and friendly personality. She was willing to work around my work schedule and I had the option of in-person or Telehealth. My sessions were relaxed and fruitful. I didn't realize at the beginning, but they are a faith-based practice, something I was very happy to learn. Their new office space is beautiful, and I wish them all the best in their new home.
