Sandy is an absolutely fantastic park manager. Mandy is great too. Fantastic folks to deal with. This is a very solid mobile home park.
Nice place to live. They keep up with the park the best as they can. It's hard when they have none cooperating residents who think rules don't apply to them
As long as you keep your head down and dont cause problems its fine there. What i mean is take care of your trailer and yard. Keep pets tamed. Dont be loud and obnoxious just be a good neighbor. Pay your rent on time and dont give the office hassle and your fine. I havent had any problems here. I like the park and from the stories ive heard in the past the park is way better now. Sandy and Brandi keep it running smooth and are really nice to as long as you do what any good tenant would. Its not hard to be a good tenant. I like living here.
My bro and I are getting a trailer in there very soon. The new owners seem to really be turning the park around. They are also working with us being we are first time home buyers. Very exciting.
