Went in for pre employment screen and physical. Staff were professional, efficient and went above and beyond. Some results were off and they listened to my history, treatment course and remedy. They verified there was no immediate harm and advised me on steps to help improve my health faster and better.

The process to make an appointment online was very simple and easy, and the time to see a medical professional was fast after checking in. I was in and out in 15 minutes. This urgent care isn't the closest one to where I live, but I would choose it again over the others because of how helpful and fast it was. Only recommendation is to remove the insurance information when you sign up for an appointment or make it optional bc they took my insurance info at check in anyway.

I went in with a sore throat thinking I had the flu but turned out I had Covid. Everyone was so nice and caring when I went. I was seen by 2 medical assistants and a nurse and all were very polite. The front desk person was also very nice. The lobby and patient room were really clean.

The staff here are AMAZING!! Always going the extra mile for the patients and it is always appreciated! Forever my favorite FastMed ❤️ From the front desk to the Medical Assistants to the sweet nurse practitioner on staff it’s always a good experience !

When I arrived the lobby was very clean and I was greeted with a welcome. The receptionist was very professional and clear and what I needed to do. It was a short wait time and when I saw the nurse practitioner she was very polite and professional and was clear in what she wanted me to do. Overall very pleased
