I wanted a Pentair VST Pool pump, but they were unavailable last week so, I ordered a StaRite Pump. The folks at Pinch a penny knew that I preferred the Pentair. Today, Matt came to install the new pump. Due to the caring nature of the Pinch A Penny staff and Carrie, he brought with him a new Pentair VST. How they were able to find that pump I don’t know, but I’m sure it took a lot of extra effort. I am Enormously pleased.
I watched as Matt installed the new pump and was extremely impressed with his expertise. He made it look so easy. In addition let me say that he was also just a really fine man.
I have been a customer of this store for 18 years and have always been positively impressed with the staff.

Just moved to Florida last year. They basically taught me how to run and take care of my pool. They are always very nice, friendly, and helpful when I'm in the store. I bought a heater from them. They went above and beyond to get me the right one for me. At the lowest possible price. I would highly recommend them for all your pool needs. I'm a customer for life.
