when my car was totaled d & d was the company used to tow it and i cant thank them enough for their patience with my situation.
everyone i spoke to on several different occasions was very professional and kind.
they even helped me clean out my car and held onto my belongings until i had time to pick them up.
100% would recommend to anyone, though i hope in every sense you never actually need them. 😂

I have no idea who the gentleman was that towed me and my partner back to Tiffin with my wrecked car, but he was one of the friendliest, calmest people. I appreciated him despite myself being very upset in the moment and not being able to openly express gratitude. He actually drove past the accident and asked US if we needed help, we actually did not even have time to call a tow. He was so patient and waited with us while the state patrol took longer than expected. Thank you, whoever the driver was who assisted us outside of Bascom on Saturday. Seriously, you were one of the ONLY stress free parts of the whole ordeal. Although I was very much upset and high in emotion, you were so calm, collected and kind and were able to help so very much. Thank you so much !!!!!!!!!!

My large lifted F350 needed towed and I called AAA. Branden came out late at night to tow the truck. Branden was an amazing person to have do the work. He was very kind and did an amazing job of getting the truck to its destination. He even called back to let me know of an issue he noticed on my truck. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

My daughter & I hit a deer on our way down to TN. Not only were we not familiar with the area, but we were also stranded in the middle of nowhere on I-75. We were so thankful we called D&D. About 5 minutes after we called for a tow truck, John contacted me to give me an ETA. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful and totally even went out of his way to give me recommendations of local car rental places. I highly recommend!! :) Thanks John!!
