Springfield Urgent Care

This is a great Urgent Care. The staff is very friendly, helpful and personable. The facility was very clean. I scheduled my appointment online and was able to complete all of the paperwork online as well which was a huge time saver. I had very little wait time and they were very prompt. They called my prescriptions into my pharmacy so I was able to stop and pick them up on my way home. Overall I had a great experience and I highly recommend them.

We definitely had to wait a while to be seen, but other than that it was an amazing experience. I’m sure the wait time was due to an influx of sick kids so we did not complain. It was still faster than trying to see the pediatrician. I will come here again in the future for anything urgent that cannot be taken care of quickly by our family doctor. Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home!

I had to take my 2 great grandkids in today ages 11 months & 2 years old. The staff was very good at helping keeping them entertained while they were getting their vitals, weight & height & checking them out . I always choose this particular place when I need urgent care because I think the doctors & staff are all really good. I live much closer to 2 other urgent cares but this one is worth the drive.

I'm very grateful Springfield Urgent Care was open on a Sunday and able to see me. My ears are almost swollen shut from whatever I have and I was having a very hard time hearing. The staff made sure to speak extra loud and were very very kind. The Nurse Practictioner I saw was Jennifer and she was one of the kindest medical people I have ever met. She very gently looked in my ears and explained the prices for different tests they could run, and tried to keep the costs of everything down because my insurance has yet to kick in. I left feeling validated, heard and cared for, which is hardly ever my experience when going to the doctors. I can't sing their praises enough.

I don’t usually like going to any urgent care because of my bad experience BUT I love this Location. The staffs and the doctor are very nice and very friendly.
One of the female nurses name Carrie. She is my favorite because she was nice and gentle when she was care for me. She also did my first Covid on my first visit there months ago. Thank You!!
