Bullfrog Spas Factory Store - Henderson, NV

We are very happy with our Bullfrog spa. It seems very well built and am very pleased with the jet pack technology. I had a problem with one of the packs, and George the store manager was quick to replace it.
George is very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of our questions and concerns thoroughly. I would recommend the spa and customer service to others and in fact already have.

We shopped and compared products a lot prior to purchasing our spa. On comparing multiple brands and price points we determined that Bullfrog was the best. They had exactly what we were looking for.

Their staff on Stephanie in Henderson NV was very knowledgeable and a zero pressure environment.

Along the production and delivery process we were kept up to date and the delivery set up went off without a hitch.

We have had to use a service call out. The tech was on time and service was excellent.

We highly recommend Bullfrog and their sales and service team.

The whole process was perfect. Dave Chandler was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help put us in the right spa for our family. I would recommend Bullfrog, Dave and will send anyone interested in a hot tub directly to him.

The features and value of the R6 we bought was a great choice.
Dave Chandler was incredibly informative and guided us through the design of our spa. Dave also worked with us to delay delivery until we had completed the infrastructure for the spa installation. We would definitely recommend Bullfrog Spas, the Henderson Factory Store, and Dave!

George Biester was great to work with. He was great at explaining the differences that make a Bullfrog Spa a quality product. We ended up being interested in one of models on the floor. It's a big decision to make, so my wife and I needed to think it over. George did not pressure or rush us. I decided I didn't want to purchase a floor model without getting a wet test, and we were able to do so. A very short time later, our spa is in our backyard and I feel like a million bucks coming home from work, taking a shower then hopping in a hot tub in my own backyard. The best part was that because the model was at their showroom, the spa was delivered the same day our wiring was done. The delivery guys were courteous, make sure you tip them especially in this heat! George also recommended the electrician who did a good job. Our spa purchasing experience couldn't have gone any better working with George.

If you read this far, know that we did a lot of research into the spas and this was the third spa dealer in Vegas that we visited before deciding to purchase. Sunset spas was rude and didn't work with us, they even had a binder full of negative reviews of their competitors to pressure us into a sale, that's a pretty poor business practice. Then we tried Liquidators, who had a nice but pushy salesman, and none of the hot tubs were too our liking, and he was trying to push a spa we weren't interested in onto us. Our best experience by far was with George at Bullfrog. 10/10
