Gulf State installed our sign and did an awesome job. They are very nice people and do great buisness. We at Two Hearts One Love will continue to use Gulf State Signs for all of our future business needs.

I didn't actually use their service, but I can tell that customer service is a priority for them; let me explain.
I called Gulf State on a Saturday outside of scheduled business hours to ask if they offered neon repair. There was no answer and I did not leave a message. The following Monday a nice gentleman called back to find out what he can do for me. I explained what I needed and he said he did offer neon repair and for me to come in at my convenience so they can assess the my needs. My phone call could just as easily been discounted, but instead he took the time to call me back.

Bill was awesome to work with. From concept, permitting and installation it was all a smooth transition. My salon sign is great!
