Impossibles Pizza

The pizza is HUGE! It was hanging out of the box, begging to be eaten. We sure did. The best pizza on Oahu in our opinion. Perfectly hand made in a truck that's literally on the size of the road (limited parking). If you're somewhere on the north shore, this place is worth checking out. You won't be disappointed.

The pizza we had here was delicious. The combo of brie and balsamic glaze was , chef's kiss amazing. The owners are a delight and really enjoy their work. The crust was thin and super crispy, crunchy. We have been back 2 years in a row. Will come back again.

Great pizza! Stopped in after a day at Waimea Bay and it definitely hit the spot. It's a truck with limited space and no seating, so don't expect to sit there and eat.

He only has one size pizza and it starts at $25. I was expecting to get the kids two small pizzas, but only a 20" is offered. That wasn't a problem because it was good pizza.
He has plates, but no utensils. It was easy to separate the slices, so no cutlery was needed.

The only problem is parking, but it's worth trying to figure out where to stop.

In.cred.ible. We’ve been the last 3 Thursday’s in a row. 😂 the pizza is huge and fresh. The hours are weird (Thursday and Friday from like 2-7pm I think) but it’s SO worth it!!

We’ve tried the white pizza with spinach and garlic, the pepperoni, and the impossible Hawaiian. I can’t name a favorite!

Service is about as quick as you can expect from a food truck making you fresh pizza, and the owner is very kind and patient!

Incredible pizza! He was great to deal with and after a day in the sun we stopped by for a couple pizzas.
They are large and tasty! You won’t feel disappointed.
