    I have never tried yoga until recently at Bloomsdale Yoga with Stephanie Haas. Let me tell you, Stephanie is amazing. She has taught me so much and has never made me feel inadequate by my inexperience. I look forward to going to yoga and learning about my body and self care.

    I love doing Yoga with Stephanie! She's very knowledgeable and I always feel so good after one of her classes. She has a class for every one, whether it be gentle yoga "my fav" or something more advanced and challenging.
