Princeton Radiology

Nice people here but they don't understand insurance for some strange reason. My insurance needed to be billed and then I pay what remains. BUT, they insisted on charging me at the time of service. Insurance paid in full and 5-6 weeks later, many calls later, money has not been refunded. We used to go here a lot. Something may have changed here.

I was so nervous to have an MRI until this angel Nicole stayed with me for a few minutes as I waited. She made me feel like my daughter was with me. Kind sweet and understanding.This girl should be the MRI ambassador, she truly helps relieve the anxiety.

Clean office, very nice staff and very professional. calls get answered in timely fashion. Very helpful and organized; prompt in their appointments. Patient portal with all reports & appointments for easy access anytime! thank you for your amazing service :)

I've been to Princeton Radiology several times and have always had a pleasant experience with the staff who are friendly & very attentive. The facility is always clean & comfortable, even seperating seats for Covid safety. They are also very good at sticking to your appointment time, which I love. I've been to the Freehold location and all the above points apply there, as well.

I have been using this company at various locations for many years. I have found them to be outstanding at all times.
Appointment making is easy, check in simple, very little waiting time for the procedures, and extremely professional staff. The office is clean and updated. Great experience.
