Bristol Hospice - Inland Valley

This Hospice is nice and provides good service but the same time I don’t like when changed the schedule of the nurses and send me a different LVN.
I wish to continue with the same RN, LVN and HHA
The other Hospice when my husband was in never had any changes always keep the same RN, LVN and HHA.
Bristol provide good service and I will reference if any friends family need on the future.

Bristol Hospice has provided stellar services since day one. They responded on the same day that we requested hospice service for my mother, on a Sunday afternoon. The case manager was warm and caring and came with a bag of supplies—wipes, adult briefs, etc. A nurse came soon thereafter and thoroughly reviewed my mother’s medications and needs. And the staff have been reliable and nurturing in all that they do. My mother is generally resistant to bathing and is bed-bound, but the LVN who came to bathe her gently encouraged her to accept a bed bath. My mother now looks forward to her baths, massages, and coconut shampoos and feels truly pampered.
I also had a 20-minute conversation with the hospice doctor, who was genuinely caring, and answered all of my questions about medication recommendations. He spent more time with me than my mother’s primary care physician ever had. I’m truly grateful for all of their care. They are warm, consistently caring, and well-organized. Thank you, Bristol!
