RockBox Fitness Frisco

Love Rockbox! I have been going here for over a year, and it's legit the best workout I have ever gotten. My strength and endurance has increased and I always feel so amazing afterwards. There's classes at various times of day to accommodate everyone, and even the workouts can be modified so you can start as a beginner. The trainers are wonderful and are great and keeping you motivated the entire time - the music always helps too.
All in all it's one of the most effective workouts I've ever done.

RockBox is AMAZING! I'm not someone who can go to a regular gym. I need something to keep me interested/engaged. I have been a member at RockBox for the past few months and it was the best decision I ever made. They always change up their workouts and make it fun. The staff/ trainers are awesome and so incredibly supportive. They are there for you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals no matter how big or small. I have had the pleasure of meeting wonderful members who are also supportive and welcoming to newcomers. Most have been members have since they opened and now I understand why. Great people attract great people. Highly recommend!!!

Rockbox is a fun and exciting working out while increasing my strength and cardio at the same time. The staff & trainers are highly experienced, extremely motivating and dedicated to making sure you meet your fitness goals.

I love RockBox!! I have been going for about nine months now and it has been completely worth it. I feel stronger and healthier. The classes are intense but so much fun. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. There is an incredible sense of community among the members, staff, and instructors. Everyone celebrates every wins, rallies through the struggles, and provides encouragement to keep moving forward. I strongly recommend checking it out.

RockBox Frisco is not only an amazing place to workout, but you will meet some great people. RockBox has transformed my life in so many ways, it's not only a lifestyle but a way of life. It's a 50 minute workout 25 minutes of functional / HIIT & 25 minutes of kickboxing on bags. The quality of the equipment is great, the trainers are amazing.
