I have been living here since 2019 and I have to say that I love it here ! This place has been great to me and my family . I am pleased with the new manager , I can see a lot of improvements since she started . Allene is also amazing ! Thank you ! Thank you ! Thank you !

Angie's activities were amazing I went rock climbing and got over my fear of heights, I went to the sea turtle hospital and saw my first puffer fish,and sea turtles,baby ones 2! And thee rope climbing was amazing I can't wait to go snorkeling tho

I love to live here, since day 1 I have the best experience ever. Aline, the Leasing Consultant helped me with every single detail on my application until the day that I moved in, and continues to help me with everything that I need. I will definitely renew my lease for the 3 year here.

When I first moved in I thought I was getting the promo of a lifetime. I was rushed to signing the lease and did not understand the fine print until I owed hundreds of dollars. The former management was no longer there and I felt tricked. When I came into the office I met Jade who has been helpful ever since. She broke down my lease agreement and helped me understand exactly what I was being charged. When I had parking issues she was able to help me with that as well. She is very good at responding to her emails and she made my move out a lot smoother. The only reason why I did not renew was because I moved into a house. No leasing office is perfect but I can honestly say management is way better now that Jade is in charge. If I had a chance to work with her again I would!
