Excellent group lesson.
Christine is positively an amazing person to work with. I have learned so much from her in individualized sessions and her classes are eye opening. If you struggle with pain she can get you on track.
Christine gently coaches you through movements that create new neural pathways for his we walk, sit, lay, and angry other movement. This is not an exercise class, it's a freedom of motion class. I felt a little lighter on my feet afterwards.
