I injured my ankle in a softball game over the weekend and thought I would "wait and see." After a few days, and not really improving, I decided I should have it looked at. I called Foot and Ankle Associates of North Texas. They had me in the office within the hour. The front office staff, nurses, radiographers...everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. I was seen by Dr. Bliss. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and listened to me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into treatments or products. I hope I never have to see another foot doctor...but if I do, I will be going back to F.A.A.N.T.!!

Called this morning and was able to secure an afternoon appointment with Dr Bliss. Entire staff was top notch and Dr Bliss treated my issue with professionalism and enthusiasm.

I am new to this Practice and would like to say how impressed I am with the patient care that I have received. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly reception. The medical staff is outstanding, showing care and compassion for my ailment and a overall concern for my well-being. They are extremely thorough and knowledgeable with regards to my condition demonstrating great bed-side manners. Working with the staff is great; however, I would be remissed if I did not acknowledge and highlight the wonderful care that I am receiving from Dr.Clifford Bliss. In my opinion, the outstanding support received from the F&A Assoc. office staff, is an extension of patient-care shown by Dr.Bliss. His patience, kindness, encouraging questions and being a subject matter expert are just some of the critical/outstanding qualities that have impressed me about Dr. Bliss. Dr.Bliss, thanks to you and your staff for welcoming me to this office and focusing on my ailment. I am confident I chose the right place for my health needs. Outstanding support deserves an Outstanding Rating of " 5 Stars" ..... SALUTE!!!!!
