Earlier this very day I left a not so good review. Up until this repair I had nothing but great service from northwest. Within no time after leaving my not so good review the problem was handled and made right. Nobody is perfect and things happen. It’s how you make right on your mistakes that speaks to your character. Good job Mr Rice and northwest.

We can't say enough great things about Ray and his entire crew. We had to have a new engine put in our RV and it was a long and expensive process. Northwest Freightliner was always so patient and kind when we were frustrated and asked many questions. We knew that the end product was quality work.

Very nice people!!! Had my truck in for a repair and ended up rebuilding my engine DD15. Did take longer than I thought. But had to order some parts. Over all a very good experience. Would recommend this shop for repairs. And thanks to Erika for all the help. Thx Rob G.
