Hello, I do have to admit I am a bit of a control freak when it comes to my bike (1968 Generated Shovelhead FLH). Was a little concerned about someone else messing with it. Until I talked with Roman, he not only loves bikes as much as I do he treated me like family. The job he did on my bike was simply amazing specially after having sat in storage for 5 years due to deployments and job search after getting home. He made my girl look as good as the day i finished my restoration. I can never say enough good things about this Roman and his crew. They not only have my business for life but I have a made a friend worth having.

I got recommended this place by a friend, and man was that the best recommendation ever! Roman and his team are artists at what they do! Took my bike in for some engine restoration and he did not disappoint! looks like a completely different motor. I was speechless when it was done. Purchased my Harley 1 year ago. In the short year of ownership, my bike went from being garage kept to outside under a cover and receiving all types of contamination due to our South Florida environment. I panicked because I knew if something wasn’t done right now, it would be to late. The paint was bad. The chrome was bad. The engine was worse. Then, while looking for motorcycle detailers I came across Biketailing. I first spoke to Roman over the phone who made it clear what his shop was all about it. A complete detail/restoration shop. Exactly what I needed. That same day I brought over my bike and we went over it. It was in much needed care. That’s when I met Roman and his wife in person. Super super super nice and welcoming individuals. Roman explained to me the different detail packages and the all the extra services they offer. By services I mean paint, chrome and engine restoration, as well as complete ceramic coating. I loved that he listed all the prices upfront. Chose the complete detail package and every service they offered. I believe this Harley is worth it. I must add that Roman was also upfront with the fact that this job was a restoration and detail, so the Harley wouldn’t be ready in a day. I totally understand as the shop is busy and they work with extreme care. I was fine with that. Sure enough, the bike was ready in the estimated time range and we went to pick it up. Let me tell you, the Harley looked better than when I first purchased it. It looks better than on the showroom floor! Roman, his wife and their staff really out did themselves. They have become part of my extended Harley family. I am really appreciative of their customer service. I look forward to maintaining a great relationship with them and bringing back the bike for follow up washes and ceramic coating care. The bike looks like a show piece. I highly recommend them. My Harley doesn’t stop turning heads. Let’s go Biketailing!

These guys are the best! I took my bike in after it having suffered rust damage from being kept outside for months. Roman conducted an assessment of the bike and gave his recommendations creating a custom package to get it back to looking like new. He and his crew definitely delivered! Just on the way home from the shop I had two people roll their windows down to compliment me on the looks of the bike. Excellent service and definitely worth every penny!
