I really like this fitness center! I warm up on elliptical in the theater room showing great movies. I use the weight machines and swim in the center pool. The pool is very clean well maintained and a little cool for me, but OK once you start stroking. All of the staff are outstanding, friendly, polite and very hard working. I would give it 5 stars but the men's locker room could use more attention. If I could I would give a 4.9 rating. BTW my daughter is a member and she also likes the center alot and her trainer is excellent.

I've been coming to One Life since I moved to Holly Springs a little over a year ago.

Previously I was a member at Lifetime and felt hardpressed to find a gym that offered the same number of amenities.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that OneLife still offered most of the same amenities and even has more equipment than Lifetime.

Their staff is also the friendliest and the energy here is completely different from other gyms I've been to. In the best way!
