Update (3/8) The order issue was from their GA location. GA warehouse continue to misguide the dealer and hence myself that item was not available in stock, never placed an order with the CA warehouse to send them the sofa set for 4 months. I am baffled why they have been dishonest and lied to us for 4 months. I will surely be asking for discount due to this hefty delay.

As soon as I posted my review here with CA warehouse, they immediately and amicably addressed the issue with tremendous customer support and is shipping out the sofa set to GA location. Hopefully I will get it this month.

Update: Emailed the owner as per their reply to my post below. FoA retailer is Mattress an Furniture Super Center in Tampa, FL.

I bought a bed frame from a reseller of Furniture of America and subsequently lost about half the hardware I needed to put it together. I called their service dept and Kristie was able to hook me up with a replacement set rather quickly! Thank you for your prompt assistance with this!

We recently moved into a new house and needed to furnish it from top to bottom. We have selected several pieces from Furniture of America. Only one has had an issue with a piece that was not in working order. I called with FOA and spoke with Kristie who was top notch and handled the issue immediately. She opened a case and has kept me informed via email. I will continue to purchase furnishing from Furniture of America.

This company makes quality furniture and they stand behind it 100%. Very pleased with the kitchen table and chairs. The description and photos accurately represent the product - it’s perfect. I had a question on chair assembly and Kristie was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. She not only described the procedure, but she sent written instructions too. I accidentally stripped a few bolts and she was quick to send me replacements at no charge. WONDERFUL experience and will definitely use them in the future.

I purchased this set of shelves via Overstock.com, but am reviewing the brand and manufacturer Furniture of America. I love these shelves! They are so very unique and add so much to my living room. There is so much style there, they've become a focal point. They are perfect for displaying the collection of vintage pottery and glass I inherited. I called in some reinforcements to assemble, the variety of sizes and shapes of the shelves are pretty intimidating. After a little trial and error, my brothers did a terrific job. Total assembly and putting them in place took about almost 3 hours. I would suggest a 6' table to elevate while assembling, save your back. I highly recommend these shelves and Furniture of America! 5 stars!
