Soul Yoga

I have been attending classes semi regularly for 6 months. Everyone is welcoming, positive and so helpful. The music, heat, instructors and welcoming space are unmatched. No matter your current level of fitness or experience this is a studio for everyone!

I’ve been going to this studio for 10+ years. Allison and her team of staff are wonderful. They classes are diverse and there is something for everyone at all levels. Their virtual option is a super added benefit! The audio and video are very clear. Soul Yoga has always been one of my top favorites in OKC.

Have practiced with allison for many years......she brings a teachers teacher element to her classes and adjusts the level for any advanced to beginner student...even if you have a home studio it is helpful to visit her and the years of experience she brings in...she teaches like no other, just like all teachers develop after many years on the mat...

Been coming here for years. I love the instructors, vibe, and class options. Allison is very knowledgeable and works with clients at all different stages of their practice. Her myofascial release classes, the yin yoga, and the evening flow classes are hands down my favorite classes. During the pandemic, they created online classes that were a literal lifesaver for this ICU nurse who needed a way to de-stress off-tour. This is the best yoga place in OKC IMO.

Soul Yoga is warm and welcoming for all, has high quality teachers and a beautiful, ideal ambiance for your yoga practice. SY offers a range of formats from beginners, gentle/restorative practices and high energy flows with inversions if that's your jam. Also offers meditation classes including Yoga Nidra. They do an amazing job of creating nourishing space for practice.

I have taken nearly every format of class with every regular instructor, and they are all excellent.
