Called for some information about renting apartments at Capital Club, and Katy answered the phone and was able to help me in Spanish! She was kind and professional. Will definitely move there in the future!!

My wife and I were moving to a new area and we wanted to rent before buying. We searched for nearly a year to find the right place and Capital Club apartments has surpassed all of our expectations. This is in large part due to our experience with Katy! She has been absolutely fantastic since the first time we made contact. Her kindness, professionalism, knowledge, communication skills, and her willingness to go above and beyond so that we could have a smooth transition into a new community was fantastic and she continues to be a great support as we continue to settle in. And, of course, the property is absolutely amazing as well. It has a great natural vibe with plenty of trees, it is very clean, very quiet, well taken care of, and the amenities are superb. We have been residents for over 6 months and have nothing but praise for the staff, the maintenance dept and the entire campus. The facilities are top notch and always clean and inviting. The apartments are bright, clean and cheery. The location and proximity to shopping and restaurants is excellent. All in all we could not be happier.
