Sam was friendly and welcoming. she went above and beyond in showing us all the amenities and floor plans. She answered all questions and concerns we might have had. Made the experience as easy and stress free as possible.

I’ve been renting here for quite sometime , I really enjoy the complex. Always well maintained, hardly ever any complaints on my end. The front office is full of great people especially marlly, anytime I need help or just want any info she has provided excellent service for me 24/7. So far this place has been my favorite apartment since I’ve been in Florida.

I scheduled tour of the facility. Upon arrival i met with Marlly she greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome. I personally felt that Marlly went above and beyond in showing us all the floor plans and amenities and everything the property has to offer. Compared to other tours i have been on this one far exceeded my expectations. Front office is very helpful and knowledgeable. Look forward to getting the approval and move in!!

Nelson in the front office is the best!!! I like the fact that he is approachable. His attitude is top notch very professional.
My experiences with him are always great. I feel comfortable when I speak with him and not rushed. I've also seen him interact with others he's the same with everyone.
