Northwest ENT Surgery Center

My daughter recently had her tonsils and adenoids taken out by Dr. Kauffman. It was the smoothest experience ever. Much better than we thought a surgery would be. Dr. Kauffman and his staff were cheerful, upbeat and reassuring on the day of surgery. They treated my daughter like their own family and eased any bit of anxiety I was feeling. The surgery was over quickly and we were able to go home in under 2 hours. I was beyond impressed and relieved by Dr. Kauffman and his staff. Best ENT ever!!

Dr. Kauffman is the best doctor I have ever been too. He has done our entire family’s ENT issues (and we are a big family). We Will drive to wherever he is just because of how thorough he is.. makes sure he answers all your questions and you are comfortable. Grateful we found him.

Dr. Stringham was wonderful!! We are so thankful for how this entire process has gone. Our daughter really struggled with her tonsils and was very nervous for the surgery. The nurses and staff were so kind to her, asked her directly if she had questions, and allowed her to bring her beloved stuffed animal with her (gave him his own arm band, tied him to the IV, and he “got his tonsils out too”). They were so kind in their follow up asking about her and answering any questions we might have. I will say though the office staff is somewhat unreliable. I’ve called and left voicemails and not gotten calls back. I missed their call early the day before her procedure and some paperwork that needed to be done. I called back less than an hour later before 10 am and left a VM and never received a call so was stuck filling out paperwork when we got there. There were other instances like that but that was the most significant. Other than that it was an incredible experience and we are so thankful !!

I am so pleased with the level of care I received from Dr. Kaufman and his entire office staff and surgical center staff. All very professional and compassionate. They made what was routine for them into something they totally understood was not routine to me. There were no silly questions from me; each question was clearly answered so I could understand. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them highly.

Dr Stringham is very caring, and takes time to listen and explain what is happening as far as my issues. Stays with the problem until solved. Very informed, I feel very confident with his treatment suggestions. Excellent staff.
