Centino leaves the responsibility in the hands of her athletes, but makes it clear that her generous support awaits—she is responsive on every platform and quick to remind you of your abilities when you ever start to doubt. Plus…she is the most hilarious conversationalist. She should have a podcast.

Lynn is the best, she caters each exercise, meal plan, workout goals to each person and their abilities. Safety is always a number one priority with her, she listens to concerns and never pushes past your limits. The atmosphere is super fun and she always has the best attitude, it makes working out a blast and time flys! I highly recommend her to any and everyone no matter the level of fitness you are at!
