Very professional from start to finish. Arrived on time, moved furniture with care and deep cleaned my 14 year old berber carpet. I was surprised how much better the carpet looked. I honestly was expecting to ditch the carpet, but wanted to make sure before I did. The carpet will stay, and next year Captain Steamer will be invited back. Highly recommend!

We had a hot water heater tank break and our basement was flooded. They came right out, vacuumed the water and took care of everything! Polite, professional, I can not say enough good things about them! Excellent service!

Jacob (and I apologize I forgot the other gentleman’s name) did a great job today cleaning several of our area rugs. They were very friendly, professional, quick and efficient. They were great with our crazy dogs who wanted to be their best friends and they also killed a couple wasps flying around in my house for me. You never know what your going to get these days in terms of hiring companies to do a job, but I’m glad I ran across Captain Steamer. Thank you!
