This place is alright- its a decent value and it's 24 hours. Considering the other gyms in the area, this gym is probably the best. This place is extremely 'no frills'. Bring your own water; don't expect to refill while you are there. Pros: people are focused on their own workouts and will not bother you, most of the equipment isn't broken, awesome staff, mostly clean. Cons: annoying loud music, some of the equipment is broken, the space is super cramped.

Edit: I've had a new experience here and need to correct my previous comments. There IS water here; I missed it before, but it is here! Last time I stopped by, the music was at a reasonable level. The equipment was in good order during my recent visit too. It is clear that management cares and listens.

This gym has changed ownership three times since I started going here (RDA, Extreme Fitness). This is the best iteration by far. The gym is clean, maintained, staffed and full of new equipment.

My home away from home. A truly REAL gym. I’ve been working out since I was 15, I’ve been a member of 3 other gyms -TSF is a solid gym. Both employees and members are some the the nicest people I interact with. I love it here.

I can not say enough about this gym! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The equipment is all top-tier and serviced regularly. And I've made so many new friends, thanks to the family environment that Top Shelf strives to exemplify.

I gotta say, I’ve been in the lifting community for a long time now.. after some time off and finally getting back into this world, I am so glad this place has opened up in my home town. I have never seen a gym with owners so involved in the way a facility is ran and they make sure their members are fully aware of what’s going on with the day to day. You know where your money is going with this place! I could go to a gym that my health insurance covers but I opt to come here and pay because this is literally a “Top Shelf” fitness center!
