I've purchased 2 rugs from BestRugPlace and have been delighted with both. Customer service is excellent and the photos are accurate as to color and quality of the rugs. I wish I lived close enough for an in person bisit.

What a pleasant surprise! My wife and I went to their Manhattan store to buy a round silk rug for our living room but ended up buying another rug for the dining room (in the pictures it was placed in the family room temporarily) because of their selection, quality and value! The staff was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable! We own similar rugs but in mostly wool with some silk blend; however, at this shop, you can get the same high quality rugs in silk for the same prices as wool!

My carpet arrived on time and was packaged very well. Quality is authentic and colors vibrant. Mr. Roy was professional, honest and attentive. A true courteous, helpful, problem solver. Through a picture exchange, and having been given a 1/2 dozen options, the original carpet I ordered was upgraded to fit my space in size and color exactly. I would DEFINITELY recommend this seller and will use them again.

Recently purchased two rugs from BestRugPlace. Excellent customer service and prices. I have been wanting to buy a silk rug for a long time, but cost was always prohibitive. Not with BestRugPlace. I was able to buy one 2x4 and a 5x8 rug. Pictures on the website were very helpful as they were accurate representation. I especially like the pictures of back of the rug so you can even count the knots if you so desire and see the quality of the weave. Very quick shipping. I didn't like the color of one of the rugs, and they gave me many options for an exchange or a full refund. I opted to exchange the rug for another beautiful rug.
