I absolutely love this place. My first ever Pilates lesson taught by Emily - I really think she is an amazing instructor. She is so attentive and creative. I absolutely look forward to my session every week and I can already notice the change in my posture/health.

Amazing studio! The instructors are top of the line! This is probably the largest pilates studio in the state of Georgia! There is way more than just pilates!! I will keep coming and coming! Wow!! Very impressive and it’s great for the beginner to the pro! Thank you!

They are very acomidating and really care about helping you reach your personal goals. The staff is so friendly and there is a great atmosphere in the studio.

I've been a client of Performance Pilates for almost 10 years now (they outgrew their last studio so just moved in to this new space). The variety of classes available is awesome and all the instructors & trainers are top notch. Best of all the environment is welcoming to all. The friendliness & warmth of this family owned studio is like no other exercise space I know. And the pricing for classes & packages is incredibly competitive. Simply the best!!
