I was skeptical of a couple bad reviews about online orders however after a quick phone call to their staff I felt reassured that they do many online orders. I placed the order and was emailed a receipt as well as tracking info within a few days of the order being placed. Product received was not product ordered but Nick corrected the issue after some confusion over SKU numbers. In the initial confusion I rated them a 1 star, but I’ve changed my rating based on how they resolved the issue which was reflective of a 5 star service. I understand returns are hard for retailers but when the wrong item is shipped it should be handled in the benefit of the consumer. They agreed to overnight ship the correct item with prepaid shipping to return the wrong item.
